Super Simple Beer and Pork Tenderloin In The CrockPot

Can’t get much easier than this.  Throw it all in the crockpot in the morning and when you get home it is ready to eat.
Bonus-Your house smells like you’ve been slaving over the stove all afternoon.

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients

1 to 2——————————————–16oz Pork Tenderloin
2 bottles—————————————-Your Favorite Beer
2 tablespoons———————————White Wine Vinegar
2 ————————————————-Potatoes,Qquartered
2 ————————————————-Carrots, Quartered
1 1/2———————————————Teaspoons Salt
1 ————————————————-Teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
1 package—————————————Dry Onion Soup Mix

Directions

1.  Combine all in your crockpot.
2.  Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
3.  Shred or just cut up and enjoy with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
