			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here is a great dinner recipe as well as a nice recipe for guests. This recipe goes perfect with a fresh salad.<br />
Ingredients</p>
<p>4 cloves garlic, chopped</p>
<p>1 lemon, zested and juiced</p>
<p>2 tablespoons chopped oregano leaves, plus more for garnish</p>
<p>1/2 cup canola oil</p>
<p>1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin</p>
<p>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<br />
Directions</p>
<p>1. Combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic and oil in a food processor or blender and run until mix is a paste.</p>
<p>2. Place the tenderloin in your baking dish and coat completely with the paste.</p>
<p>3. Place in refrigerator, covered for 1 to 3 hours.</p>
<p>4. Heat a grill to medium high.</p>
<p>5. Take pork out of marinade, season to taste with salt and pepper. Discard remaining marinade.</p>
<p>6. Place on grill till temperature reaches 140 degrees, turning as necessary.</p>
<p>7. Take off grill, tent with foil. Let rest 8 to 10 minutes.</p>
<p>8. Slice and serve.</p>

<p>2 teaspoons&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-white vinegar</p>
<p>Directions<br />
1.   In a bowl, combine the ginger, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the black pepper.<br />
2.   Place the meat into the bowl and rub the spice mixture over the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.<br />
3.   Heat grill, gas or charcoal, to medium high.<br />
4.   Combine the honey, tomato paste, vinegar and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.<br />
5.   Mix. Set aside.<br />
6.   Put the pork on the grill rack or broiler pan. Grill at medium-high heat, browning on all sides, turning if needed, about 3 minutes on each side.<br />
7.   Reduce the heat and cook for about 15minutes.<br />
8.   Baste every 3 minutes with the honey/vinegar mixture and cook until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 140 degrees.<br />
9.   Transfer to a cutting board, tent with foil and let rest about 10 minutes.<br />
10.  Slice pork across the grain, arrange in a nice pattern on plates.</p>

1.  Cut pork tenderloin into 1 inch cubes.</p>
<p>2.  Combine vinegar, cilantro, oregano, chiles, garlic, and brown sugar in a food processor. Start processor and pour in olive oil and melted butter slowly until smooth. Set aside 1/3 cup of marinade and pour the rest into a zip-top bag.</p>
<p>3.  Add pork cubes and mix. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.</p>
<p>4.  Preheat grill for a medium high heat.</p>
<p>5.  Thread pork onto skewers and place on hot grill. Grill for about 12 to 15 minutes (look for an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.), turn occasionally and brush with reserved marinade.</p>
<p>6.  Remove from grill and serve.</p>

<p>2.  Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on the lowest setting.</p>
