A great, simple recipe. Takes almost no time and melts in your mouth. Don’t forget to serve the au jus with the pork tenderloin. Your house will smell like someone was slaving over the stove all day.
Recipe Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
2 (1 pound)—————-pork tenderloins
1 (1 ounce)—————-envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup————————water
3/4 cup———————red wine
3 tablespoons————minced garlic
3 tablespoons————soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Put the pork tenderloin in the crock pot and pour the contents of the soup packet on top. Pour the water, soy sauce, and wine over the top. Turn the pork tenderloin to coat. Spread the garlic over the top of the pork tenderloin. Sprinkle the pepper on top.
2. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on the lowest setting.
3. Serve with the au jus. Enjoy!
